Wisconsin Education Association Council - PAC

I am extremely pleased to announce that the WEAC-PAC recommended me for the 32nd Assembly District. Having been an educator for 43 years I find this recommendation extremely important to my candidacy. Education is a priority in my life and my families life. The K-12 education process is extremely important to the success of students in Wisconsin. One of my first actions as a Representative of the 32nd Assembly District will be to propose school finance reform in Wisconsin.

Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin

The PPAWI endorsed my candidacy for the 32nd Assembly District. This organization lobbies for policies that promote and protect women's health. They are pro-choice, pro-birth control and support access to comprehensive women's health care.

Wisconsin Social Workers PAC

The Wisconsin Social Workers PAC, the political arm of the National Association of Social Workers, Wisconsin Chapter, endorsed my candidacy for the Wisconsin's 32nd Assembly District. This organization addresses critical issues that affect human well-being, including child abuse and neglect, school finance, welfare reform, access to affordable health and mental health care. Many of these issues affect me as an educator. I am proud to have their endorsement.

Sierra Club - John Muir Chapter

The endorsement of the John Muir Chapter of the Sierra Club is very important to me from a personal standpoint. My teaching career started 43 years ago in Woodstock, Illinois and two of my mentors at Woodstock, Chuck Little and Bud Swartout, were extremely interested in the environment and conservation. They started my ongoing interest in protecting the environment and our natural resources. The Sierra Club is over a hundred years old protecting our environment and natural resources. My commitment is to be a strong advocate of the environment in the State of Wisconsin.

Clean Wisconsin Action Fund

Clean Wisconsin Action Fund is the political sister organization to Clean Wisconsin. The Action Fund, an environmental advocacy organization, protects Wisconsin’s clean water and air and advocates for clean energy. The Action Fund endorses candidates who support a pro-environment agenda.

Candidate Doug Harrod is very pleased to have received the endorsement of the Clean Wisconsin Action Fund Board of Directors in our efforts to win the 32nd Assembly District on November 2th. This is the second time Doug is endorsed by Clean Wisconsin Action Fund. He will work to protect Wisconsin’s precious natural resources and public health while promoting the creation of green collar jobs.

Bob Wirch

I am honored to recommend Doug Harrod as Representative for the 32nd Assembly District. I wholeheartedly endorse his bid for the 32nd. Doug will bring needed change to the area and will listen to the needs of all residents. He is well-qualified to serve the public in the State legislature.

Bob Wirch, State Senator

Ryan Schroeder

I am pleased to endorse Democrat Doug Harrod to be our next State Representative in the 32nd District. I encourage the voters of the 32nd Assembly District to stand behind Doug.
In an election year that is full of historical significance I will do all I can to help Doug become the first Democrat elected to the State Assembly in this part of the state for a seat like this. "It's time for change"
It's important to unite in the cause to elect an individual who will truly represent and be a voice for middle class families, who will work to improve education for our childeren and who will work to ensure that all Wisconsinites have access to affordable health care, while at the same time working to create new jobs with decent wages to get our economy jump started again. That individual is Democrat Doug Harrod.
I will be voting Doug Harrod for 32nd District Assembly on election day and I hope you will too.

Sincerely,
Ryan J. Schroeder
