We will be in the Parade at Darien on Sunday. This is the 50th year of the event and we would not for any reason miss the event! As usual it will be a great parade and is one of the last festivals in the County.
Harrod for Assembly Fundraiser/Birthday

On September 20th I will be 65 years young and ready to make a 100% effort to be elected the Representative to the Assembly from the the 32nd District. Effort will not be absent and my commitment to represent all the residents of the District will be the driving force of my campaign.
Join us for a buffet meal and evening of commitment to be elected in the 32nd District. The event will be held at Su Wing Chinese Restaurant, 743 North Street, Lake Geneva, WI.
AARP Candidate Forum

On September 28th at Peoples Bank in Elkhorn I will participate in the Fall Election AARP Forum. I celebrate my 65th Birthday September 20th which at one time was considered retirement age! I appreciate the invitation to the event and look forward to discussing the issues and concerns of the voters in Walworth County. AARP is a strong advocate for retired people and does much to advance the causes of retired citizens.
2010 Transportation Forum

On Thursday, October 7 from 4:30 the Wisconsin Tranportation Builders Association will sponsor a legislative forum at the Radisson in Racine. This is an important forum dealing with the significant issue of statewide transportation funding in the 2011-2012 Legislative Session. The forum is co-sponsored by the Wisconsin Laborers' District Council and the Wisconsin State Council of Carpenters and Operating Engineers Local 139.
After the meeting I will travel to Stillwater, Minnesota for my daughter's wedding (Megan is also my Campaign Manager) on October 9th!
